The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail P. S. Case No. 29 of 2016 registered under Sections 47(a) of the Excise Act and 147 of the Railway Act.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR as also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2016, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Rail Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Rail P.
