The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2014 in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 182 of 2014 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner was remanded in several other cases, which have been mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the instant application and as such has been languishing in jail. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation made and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
