The petitioner seeks bail in Supplementary Khagaria P.S. Case No. 641 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, father of informant was kidnapped by co-accused Prabhat Kumar along with 4-5 associates including this petitioner.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute which finds place mentioned in the FIR. It is next submitted within a couple of hours of lodging of the FIR, father of informant returned and no injury was found on his body. informant's father complained only of pain in right hand and
