JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-01-2016 The Court is not convinced with the stand taken by the Patna Municipal Corporation with regard to inability to pay the dues of the petitioner which is the difference in pay amounting to Rs.1,21,358/-. Either such a payment is made by the Municipal Commissioner within a period of eight weeks or else that amount may be deducted from his salary and paid to the petitioner to settle her dues in terms of the judicial order passed in the writ application earlier.

Contempt application stands disposed of with the above direction.
