Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 498A/323/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same cause of action earlier also the informant had filed Complaint Case No. 622 C of 2003 under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, in which the appellant was finally sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for six months with payment of fine of Rs. 3000/-, vide judgment dated 08.04.2019 as contained in Annexure-2. Further, the petitioner is paying the maintenance
