2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that contractual engagement of the petitioner has been terminated by the respondent-authorities. It is common case that the termination is sought to be sustained on the ground that the work is no longer required in respect of the scheme under which the petitioner was engaged on contractual basis as Junior Child Health Manager.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5068 of 2015 dt.27-08-2018 2/2 3 Alleging non-compliance with the requisite notice period or remuneration, petitioner has filed an appeal before the respondent-authorities which is Annexure 6 to the writ petition. 4 In view of such forum of appeal being chosen by the petitioner himself, interest of justice will be served by directing that if the appeal has still not been disposed of, the same may be disposed of in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order by respondent No 5 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5 The writ petition is disposed of.
