The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 457 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol loaded with one live cartridge.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
