The petitioners seek bail in Minapur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 356, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Motorcycle of the informant was stolen by Sitaram Sahni and other unknown accused and the said motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had purchased the motorcycle from Sitaram Sahni for Rs. 25,000/- and they had no knowledge that the motorcycle was stolen. They have not been put on Test
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28951 of 2017 (2) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 Identification Parade. They have no criminal antecedent. They have been languishing in custody since 29.04.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017.
