Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.106 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner had filed her mark sheets for the post of Aganbari Sewika. There is no allegation or evidence that petitioner had allegedly manufactured the said document. Petitioner is a married woman. Moreover, she has not been appointed as Aganbari Siwika. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

No.32441 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.106 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
