JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 273 of 2017, dated 09.09.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 186, 188 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that many accused persons have been named in the F.I.R., but no overt act has been alleged against anyone of them. It has further been submitted that there was some dispute regarding distribution of flood relief and only because

Considering the aforesaid facts, especially the vague allegations against many of the accused persons, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Purpri P.S. Case No. 273 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
