JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 26.06.2012 passed in Case No.756/08/11 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Madhubani. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
