This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents to conduct a fair investigation in Jamui P.S. Case No. 282 of 2013.
Learned counsel for the State however filed a counter affidavit to the effect that investigation has completed in this case and charge sheet has been submitted.
Having regard to the fact, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
