JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, about 35 liters of country-made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is stated that his antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 4.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32101 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, (Excise)-cum-IInd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Rail P.S. Bhagalpur P.S. Case No. 153/2016.
