2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner has not given charge of cash and not finished the work regarding the Chief Minister Nishchay Yojana to newly elected ward member.
4. It is submitted that after lodging of the F.I.R., petitioner has already paid the cash and given charge to the present ward member vide Memo No. 30 dated 23.03.2023. Work has already been completed regarding the said scheme and rest of the amount of Rs. 6,900/- (six thousand nine hundred) has been deposited in the Canara Bank on 21.03.2023 (Annexure '2 series'). Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 51 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
