JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06/ 20.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.11.2013 and admittedly, petitioner himself surrendered before the court below and having similar allegation one co-accused Sunil Kumar Yadav was ordered to be released by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 28.09.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 28397/2011.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has already been framed against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-
