Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities )Act. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with lathi but from perusal of annexure 2 to this petition, it would appear that informant sustained simple injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance for which petitioner is in jail custody since 11.2.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Muffasil P.S. Case no. 275/2015.
