Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 397, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The FIR of the occurrence of bank dacoity is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Pritam Jaiswal and Sikandar Sahni. Some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 12.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42021 of 2019 and order dated 18.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79312 of 2018 (Annexure-2 series). Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Birpur Police Station Case No. 11 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
