2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 117 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8C, 20(b)(ii)(c), 27(a), 29 and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of bail on the ground that there is no recovery from the petitioner and the recovery if from the house of one Subodh Kumar Srivastava and the petitioner being a labour was present there.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 29.05.2022.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 117 of 2022.
