2. The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the notice dated 23.07.2024 contained in Letter no. 28 dated 23.07.2024 issued under the signature of Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Sasaram.

3. Mr. Bajarangi Lal, at the very outset, points out that the notice/demand is against Farhad Hussain while the petitioner, Sushil Kumar who has no role to play, has preferred the writ petition. In that background, Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to avail alternative remedy.
