The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 342/ 354/ 379/ 504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with ten other accused persons came and assaulted the daughter and son of informant and snatched a mobile phone worth Rs. 10,000/-, a golden ring worth Rs. 20,000/- and the brother of the petitioner also threatened over phone to kill the informant. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Allegation of snatching cash and jewellery is ornamental and made the case grave. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the code of criminal procedure.
