Case No. 355 of 2016, dated 04.12.2016, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The fight between the informant and the petitioner took place because of cutting of a tree standing over a disputed portion of land. The injuries suffered by the informant are stated to be simple in nature. The informant is the cousin of the petitioner.
