JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 03-01-2023 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to correct the name of petitioner no.7 in the cause title of the bail petition.

Permission is granted.

Heard both sides.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No.127 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, petitioners are alleged to have obtained appointments to the post of Special Survey Amin on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that similarly situated other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.33805 of 2022. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or
