JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has filed an application for grant of arms licence for N. P. Bore revolver/pistol on 25.03.2014 itself but no final decision has been taken by the Licensing Authority till date.

It appears from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.7 that the officer-in-charge of Alamganj Police Station has already recommended and forwarded his case. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate - cum - licensing authority, Patna to take
