Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 367 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 342, 323, 337, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both parties have sustained injuries.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33243 of 2018 (2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 367 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
