He has prayed for reducing the energy bill of Rs.99,310/-issued for August, 2013. Petitioner has filed IA No. 7584 of 2015 for quashing the punitive bill dated 27.8.2015 amounting to Rs.30,781/-.

The petitioner submits that there is no allegation of any unauthorized use of energy.

In my view, the petitioner should approach respondent no.3 for redressal of his grievances as well as resumption of electric supply to his premises. In case, the petitioner files a detailed representation before respondent no.3, the latter would
