The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching Rs.2760/- and Samsung Mobile. The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018.
