The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, 10 liters of country made Mahuwa liquor has been recovered from the tempo in which the accused persons including the petitioner were boarding. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is custody since 11.05.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
