In the present writ petition, petitioner is challenging the result relating to appointment of the constable which was conducted against advertisement no.2 of 2009. Learned counsel for the Board has submitted that the last person who was appointed as constable has obtained 36 marks whereas petitioner has obtained -7 marks. In such circumstances, petitioner has no case at all. Petitioner does not dispute this fact.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10182 of 2013 (3) dt.21-07-2016 In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U
