JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It appears from the perusal of the record that one Satyawant Patel got firearm injury and after that, villagers became violent and encircled the house of the assailants. The petitioners and several others are said to have taken shelter in the said house, just to prevent the rage of the villagers. However, in the meantime, the police party reached there and saved the life of the petitioners and others but on disclosure made by the petitioners, some

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Bhabua P.S.
