Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It appears from the perusal of the record that one Satyawant Patel got firearm injury and after that, villagers became violent and encircled the house of the assailants. The petitioners and several others are said to have taken shelter in the said house, just to prevent the rage of the villagers.
