JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 376, 511, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 4(D) of Immoral Trafficking Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Gaya, in connection with Tekari P.S.Case No. 46 of 2017.
