The application seeks the following relief(s) as culled out in para-1(i):- "For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamous or any other appropriate writ order and direction commanding the respondents not to shift the Navsirjit Primary School, Sahu Tola, Daulatpur one place to another place where the school is running since 2007."

Ancillary reliefs have also been sought for. Mr.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20783 of 2011 (3) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 Narayan, on the basis of the counter affidavit, states that the application has become infructuous as the building of the school has already been constructed.

The writ application is dismissed.
