2. The petitioners are in custody since 10.05.2015 and 12.08.2015 respectively, connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No. 484 of 2013 for the alleged offences under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as there is delay in forwarding the FIR instituted on 11.10.2013 before the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati on 14.10.2013. It transpires from the order of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge -7, Gaya, that according to the post mortem report the injury on the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21948 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 deceased was caused by hard blunt substance which creates doubt on the veracity of the accusations.
4. Considering the specific nature of assault attributed to the petitioners leading to death of the informant's mother, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
