JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-08-2018 The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is against non-consideration and non-grant of appropriate pay-scale to which the petitioner is entitled. This present writ application was filed way back on 6.8.2014 but even after expiry of four years, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, the same is disposed of with direction to the University to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of appropriate pay-scale of Lecturer and promotional post and extend the consequential benefit after verification of the records and calculation of the entitlement of the petitioner within a
