ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2016 in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 353, 427, 395 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a member of the crowd of the incident which occurred at Village Sukhe Bigha resulting in scuffle between the police and the villagers.

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused who was also part of the crowd has been extended

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22850 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 the privilege of regular bail vide (Annexure-2), in Cr. Misc. No. 17241 of 2016 vide order dated 28.04.2016.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015.
