2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.192/2023, lodged on 01.04.2023 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 14 named accused persons to the effect that all the accused persons named in the FIR, including the petitioner surrounded the informant, deceased and his sister. It is specifically alleged against co-accused, Nandan Yadav and Awadhesh Yadav that they fired on the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a member of mob and except this there is nothing against the petitioner. There is one more criminal antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55985 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 against the petitioner in which he is on bail and he is in custody since 22.05.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner, but submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner of act or overt-act.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.192/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
