Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2010 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. The present first information report has been lodged after two months of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. Petitioner has been implicated in this case only because he is relative of coaccused Om Prakash Prasad.
