JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2062 of 2006, registered under Sections 120B, 304B, 498A of IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner's brother was married with the complainant's daughter in the year 2005. Allegation is that the victim lady was tortured for further demand of dowry and the complainant suspects that his daughter was killed by accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the complainant's

Complaint was filed in the year 2006 but the Magistrate finding no evidence dismissed the complaint against which the complainant preferred revision and after allowing the revision, cognizance has been taken against the petitioner and the petitioner has been in custody since 15.05.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No.2062 of 2006.
