In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.169 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The short facts of the prosecution case is that in the house of Mantoon Mahto one Customer Service Centre of State Bank of India was opened, where the accused persons have collected an amount of Rs.3,30,500/-.
Main allegation has been made against one Chandan Kumar Sahni @ Abhinaw Sahni, who has been granted bail by this Court on undertaking to deposit the entire amount of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23784 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 Rs.3,30,500/- and it appears from the order dated 14.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.37158 of 2015 that Chandan Kumar Sahni @ Abhinaw Sahni has deposited the entire amount, which also gets reflected from the impugned order.
As there is no specific allegation made against the petitioner to receive the amount, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.169 of 2014.
