Learned counsel for the State, however, filed a counter affidavit stating that there are no dues to the petitioner and all his dues have been settled as per the agreement. In view of such facts and circumstances, it shall be open to the petitioner to represent before the appropriate authorities for pursuing his disputed claims and the authority shall examine the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
