JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-364, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that son of the informant was kidnapped in the way in course of going for marriage from Nawada to Lakhisarai. The informant has alleged in the written report that he identified Nageshwar Singh. It is further stated that the occurrence took place due to conspiracy of this petitioner. The victim boy has given statement u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) wherein he has neither taken the name of this petitioner nor levelled any allegation against him.

No.30888 of 2017 (3) dt.19-07-2017 In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai subject to condition that both the bailors should be relatives of the petitioner.
