The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been dragged in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
