The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 364, 302, 201, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are assailants of the deceased, who sustained multiple gun shot injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts, it is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65847 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
