2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302, 120(b), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the husband of the informant was killed and thrown in the maize field.

4. The petitioner is not named in the FIR which was registered for killing the deceased. The name of the petitioner has come in the subsequent statement of the informant during investigation. The petitioner is a female.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts that the petitioner was not named in the FIR, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2023.
