2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 138 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 351 and 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The petitioners are accused of assaulting the victim and causing injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53518 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are in custody since 19.05.2025 and petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 11.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Jamui/ concerned Court below in connection with Sono P.S.
