Patna High Court CWJC No.9481 of 2011 (4) dt.12-07-2017 3/3 to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, Jamui, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Permission is accorded.
The petitioners shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law within the statutory period. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
