The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 414, 307, 272, 273, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (a) of the Excise Act. About 600 liters of liquor was recovered from mango orchard of Jay Prakash Kumar @ Bholu Sah. On enquiry, the informant learnt about the involvement of the petitioners and six others.
Learned counsel submits that the owner of the field has not taken the name of the petitioners. He submits that Jai Prakash Kumar @ Bholu Sah, the owner of the mango orchard,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25019 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 has already been granted bail by order dated 18.05.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20499 of 2016.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubJudge-III, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case no. 64 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
