Petitioner seeks bail in Baheri P.S. Case No.137 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 342, 323, 494, 354-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated due to village politics.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant had gone for attending call of nature then in the way this petitioner forcibly caught hold and brought her to his house and put vermilion on her head.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51673 of 2019(3) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.137 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
