The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 384, 386, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, there was an agreement between the informant and co-accused Guddu Yadav @ Gyan Prakash, who rented his premises to the informant to run hospital. As per allegation, the accused persons came to the hospital of the informant. Co-accused Yashvir Kumar Yadav and Guddu Yadav @ Gyan Prakash pointed pistol to the chest of the informant and they obtained his signature on blank papers. They also

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. There is no allegation against him to point pistol to the informant. He has no concern with the premises, which was let out by co-accused to the informant. He has submitted further that co-accused Yashwir Kumar Yadav and Guddu Yadav @ Gyan Prakash have been granted bail by the learned court below.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya (Bihar) in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
