Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 211 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is previous enmity between the parties due to land dispute. Petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58866 of 2019(6) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation of assault against this petitioner which is supported by the injuries sustained.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.
