Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 126(2), 117(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedents. It is next submitted that informant alleges that he was intercepted by the accused persons and pulled down from his scooty, further Rohit assaulted him by butt of pistol causing injury on head, while other accused assaulted him by lathi

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners rather specific allegation of assaulting the informant is against Rohit. It is also submitted that Fatehpur PS case No. 180 of 2025 has been instituted by the side of the petitioners against the informant and his side; and Rohit is not a petitioner in the instant anticipatory bail application.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid
